DEVELOPMENT
Enclave's licensed commercial real estate expert will learn about your business or investment goals and find the perfect site for you. If the site needs rezoning, variance or conditional use permissions, or PUD approval, we can manage that process for you.

DESIGN
Once we're ready to move forward with a project, we'll begin design work with our architect and construction teams - they work seamlessly together to ensure our projects are designed with the perfect blend of design aesthetic, construct-ability, and long term efficiency, quality, and value. This collaboration adds tremendous value to your project - you'll see the value right from the start.

CONSTRUCTION
Our construction team starts working on your project from square one - even before design begins. Our project managers will guide you through the design stage to ensure what's being designed is efficient and functional for the build process, your budget, and your building's longevity. During the build process, your project manager will oversee and carefully control all cost components, keep you informed, and ensure communication between all team members is top notch. A superintendent will be on site full time to monitor and coordinate subcontractors, provide day-to-day oversight, and ensure quality control.
