We’re so excited that you’re interested in making Uptown & Main your home! As part of our application process, we'll be asking about the information included below. This process is utilized to screen all applicants to ensure the best quality of Uptown & Main.
Credit
Do you have a good credit score and history of making payments on time?
Criminal
Do you have any criminal convictions? We appreciate your honesty!
Income
Do you make more than 2.5 times the amount of your monthly rent?
Rental History
Have you always paid rent on time and been an outstanding tenant?
$40 Application Fee
We screen all of our applicants and as such, charge a $40 application fee to cover costs associated with background checks.
